Enduring life’s storms? Life's challenges refine our faith. it’s been said that "A faith that hasn’t been tested can’t be trusted?” We often run away from trials and troubles in an effort to escape to another life we think is better. Through trials, however, we learn to rely on God's provision, deepening our trust in His faithfulness and shaping our character.
Think about it. Why does faith require testing? Trials deepen our reliance on God, revealing His unwavering presence and power. How can we trust without testing?
God’s Word tells us: "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything (James 1:2-4).”
Trials deepen our reliance on God, revealing His unwavering presence and power, anchoring us in faith. How can we trust without testing? It’s God’s plan for every Christian. Through trials, our faith becomes resilient, steadfast, and unshakeable, enduring life's storms with unwavering confidence in God's sovereignty.
We pray. “Heavenly Father, in trials, fortify my faith. Help me trust Your plan, knowing that through testing, You refine and strengthen my faith, making it unwavering and steadfast. Amen. In Jesus name. Amen!”
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34)
