Disaster planning?

In times of dire need, having a personal plan to make it through the storm, one with your name on it, is a good thing. But, did you know that God has a personal plan with your name on it as well?

Think about it; God doesn’t just react to your life, He has a plan for it. Dwell on that for a moment. In a way it’s like He has a divine, manila folder with a tab on it. And your name is on the tab; that’s personal; that’s our God.

“I know the plans I have for you. . . plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11).

Though God doesn’t promise a life without problems or pain, He does promise this, “I have a plan, and that plan is too good to miss.” Do you want to know what’s in your folder? There’s only one way to find out; you need to put your trust in God totally and completely. He will reveal it in His time. He has to; what Father wouldn’t?

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34) www.thispassingday.com
