Vital?

Little screws? Whatever purpose God has given you, it is important to Him and should be important to you. The little people of His church that bind it together, the little screws that are insignificant but vital if they are missing, are just as important as the more visible structure of those who do bigger and more impactful things.

Think about it. Each one of us has a purpose, no matter how small. In fact, our little place in the scheme of things may be the very thing that the Lord is depending upon to hold His plan together.

God’s Word tells us: “Paul wrote the Ephesians, “But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.” You see, Christ apportioned to me, to you, to all of us a measure of grace by which each one of us has purpose and function. For some it is to preach or teach. For others it is to show mercy and kindness” (Ephesians 4: 1-6).

Without His “little screws,” the entire church would be without power or purpose. Praise God for the little purposes in this life! The “little screws” holding the church together are as vital as ever.

. “I pray today in Jesus name that none of us ever relegate ourselves to thinking that we are not important enough to be considered vital in the structure of God’s plan. Each one of us is vital. Amen!”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34) www.thispassingday.com
