Fresh start?

Fresh starts? As Christians we often find ourselves in need of a fresh start when life becomes tedious, even burdensome. Carving out that start might call for some creative thinking, even what might seem drastic for the moment. We need to be able to be willing to see opportunities that might remain otherwise hidden.

Think about it. We need to be able to be willing to see opportunities that might remain otherwise hidden.

God’s Word tells us: “But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them” (Numbers 20:1).

Beginning again often is a product of having the vision to see beyond the ordinary and into the extraordinary. Stepping back from our lives every now and then and reexamining what we have made of them is probably a very good idea. Sometimes we just need to be conditioned by the hardship to be able to appreciate a fresh start.

“I pray today in Jesus name that when things go badly for us in this life we remember that God moves in mysterious ways, and He often hides the miraculous within the ubiquitous. Let us seek Him there, where He dwells.” Amen!”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34) www.thispassingday.com
