Eyes on Christ?

https://youtu.be/Sh9zX9rjddA

Eyes on Christ? How do you stay focused? If you’re like me, distractions play a big part in decision-making, especially with multiple priorities. Though I don’t mind multiple challenges, I get more distracted. The key is to prioritize tasks and tackle them one at a time without fear.

Think about it. Keeping your life spiritually focused, always with an eye on Christ, even as you’re dealing with the day-to-day stuff that happens, can be a challenge.

God’s Word: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans (Proverbs 16:3).”

When we’re faced with focusing despite the multiple tasking suddenly thrust upon us we do the one thing that sets us apart from lesser folks, we ca  lift up our eyes to heaven and make God our number one priority. Christ becomes our substitute, the one whom we are sure would step in when things get tough. With the friendly eyes of Christ gazing down on us, multiple tasks are clicked off one at a time. We look up and He looks down. Isn’t it just like God to make what seems so hard the easiest thing in the world to do?

We pray. “Heavenly Father, help us to stay focused amidst distractions. Grant us the wisdom to prioritize our tasks and the courage to tackle them one by one. May we commit our efforts to You, trusting that You will guide and establish our plans for success. In Jesus name. Amen.”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.

Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34)
