Divine profundity?

Divine profundity? The thought that nothing occurs to God is both profound and comforting. It reminds us of His omnipotence, His limitless power that governs every aspect of existence, and His sovereignty, His supreme authority over all creation, from the tiniest particle to the vast expanses of the universe.

Think about it. Has it ever occurred to you that nothing ever occurs to God? Knowing this is imperative, because it shifts our perspective from one of uncertainty and doubt to one of trust and assurance. If nothing occurs to God, then nothing catches Him off guard or beyond His control.

God’s Word tells us: “He sets the time for sorrow and the time for joy, the time for mourning and the time for dancing…” (Ecclesiastes 3:4).”

This truth anchors our faith and provides a firm foundation for our trust in God's plans and purposes. It assures us that even in the midst of chaos, God remains steadfast, guiding every moment according to His perfect will.

We pray.“Heavenly Father,  help us to grasp the depth of Your sovereignty and find peace in knowing that nothing occurs outside of Your knowledge and control. May this truth strengthen our faith and trust in Your divine plan. You are a profound and gracious God. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.

Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34)
