Blind excellence?

Blind excellence? There’s a technique for golfing that works well for blind golfers. It all depends upon their “golfing eyes.,” a sighted golfer who speaks their way down the course. A number of blind golfers have mastered the game with scores many sighted golfers would envy. When it comes to golf, blind golfers often excel through the eyes of their golfing companions.

Think about it. God encourages you and I to become spiritual champions. Yet, as sinners we can’t possibly win at this game unless we have someone to be our “spiritual eyes.”

God’s Word tells us: “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” (Philippians 4: 10-23).

The Apostle Paul wrote, “I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.” Yes, Jesus is our guide and He’ll guide our every step over the course of this spiritual journey. Our union with Him is the source of our strength and the guarantee of success. With each challenge that life throws our way, Jesus will strengthen us, become our spiritual eyes and help not just to cope, but to become champions despite the spiritual physical blindness we are born with!

“I pray today in Jesus name for our spiritual eyes, the power of the Holy Spirit who guides us in Christ Jesus to excel as Christians even though we are all born spiritually blind. With Christ we can be champions. Amen!”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34) www.thispassingday.com
