Anticipating disaster?

Anticipating disaster? Are you wasting time waiting for disaster? Think about it; can there be any greater time-waster than that? As investments go, it’s probably the worst thing you can be doing with your time.

Think about it. There are a lot of people like that in life––harassed and suffering because they are waiting for something disastrous and unpleasant to happen. If you’re like that think about this: all the time you are waiting is time you could have spent doing something else.

God’s Word tells us: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34).

If those statistics are accurate, 9 out of 10 things that you think will happen, won’t. Those are pretty bad odds if you’re counting on trying to prevent bad things from happening by worrying about them. Don’t anticipate misfortune. It will happen if it wants to and the only loser is the person who waits for it to come.

“I pray today in Jesus name that each of us put our complete trust in God for the outcomes in our lives. Anticipating disaster is an affront to God, who has all things within His view and misses nothing.” Amen!”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34) www.thispassingday.com
