Afraid? Never!

Afraid, never? God never said that we wouldn’t have fears. But He does say not to be ruled by them. He tells us that there is no fear in the world that is greater than His love, that fear will persist in this world until all these are crushed under the awesome fear of the Lord that will rule perfectly in our hearts when He comes in triumph on Judgment Day.

Think about it. We need never be ruled by fear because He has given each of us the ability to rule over fear through faith in Christ. Fear was defeated on the cross 2,000 years ago. We are fighting but a beaten enemy now.

God’s Word tells us: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” (Romans 8: 28-39).

Before Christ, fear owned us. Now we have been forged anew in the metal of Christ himself. Fearful? Always! Afraid, never! Not when we embrace this simple fact: “Nothing can ever separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord!”

“I pray today in Jesus name that all of our fears be crushed together and removed by the everlasting love of our Savior Jesus Christ. When we look up to Him, we need never look down at our fears.” Amen!”

“I pray today in Jesus name that all of our fears be crushed together and removed by the everlasting love of our Savior Jesus Christ. When we look up to Him, we need never look down at our fears.” Amen!”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34) www.thispassingday.com
