BAM? Why do some find peace in chaos while others stress over small things? The dog pack at Beech Springs offers insight. Packs are peaceful until a rule breaks. Then, tensions rise. Yet, peace returns when one intervenes. Similarly, humans find peace when someone steps in amidst conflict.
Think about it. Life’s like that for you and I sometimes. We’re cruising along peacefully and then, BAM; conflicts rear their ugly heads and no peace can be found.
God’s Word tells us: “Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken. (Psalms 53:2).”
Casting our cares on the Lord brings peace, but we must act. Focusing on self builds barriers; focusing on God breaks them. Guard your mind from negativity. In life's storms, rest in God's comfort. Despite challenges, God's guidance ensures peace. Though slow, His path is steadfast and true.
We pray. “Heavenly Father, help us cast our cares upon You, finding peace in Your comfort amidst life's storms. Guide us away from self-focus, towards Your peace. Grant us strength to trust that Your way is steadfast and true. In Jesus name. Amen!”
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34)
